  I've attended many churches. My kids would fall asleep or give me a hard time going. Since we've been with Evangel Church of God, they are learning and eager to go. I love it. I really feel filled with the Holy Spirit.This is our home. Thank you Lord for bringing us home.

  Leaving your home church and finding a new one can be difficult. We moved to Long Island 6 years ago and went to a few churches, but once we found Evangel we never left. I was looking for a place where the Pastor was in love with Jesus, after God's heart and taught straight from the Word. They are a loving church, they make you feel welcomed from whatever walk of life you are from. In addition to Wed. and Sunday services. They have youth group Friday nights, a great place for teens to be! Also many small groups so you can plug into what fits your interests. We established great friendships and my son who is now 16 is actively involved in church which is a blessing!
  This probably sounds like an ad for them but I was not raised in church and I had no idea that "church" could be this way. A loving, fun environment where you can start or continue to grow in your relationship with the Lord. I love and miss my home church but I am so happy that I found Evangel!

  The best church I ever been to..The Holy Spirit is alive in evangel. Great pastors,elders..and youth programs..
